Nexicom Systems is looking for a Business System Specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and updating data within Sage 300 and related systems, including customers, items, pricing, and vendors
- Analyze data outputs to identify variances, trends or anomalies
- First point of contact for changes/updates/troubleshooting of Inventory Management System ( Sage 300)
- Responsible for purchase clearing and entering vendor invoices




- Monitoring vendors to ensure accurate rebates from point of sale
- Create and maintain system reports for a number of departments

Education: Two- or three-year college diplomas in Business, Data Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent. Computer Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite of Products, and Inventory Management Systems (ERP), Accounting software. Sage 300 an asset.

Experience: Five plus years of business experience involving, inventory, data base management and accounting.
