We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team for a 6-month contract role in Toronto, ON. This is an onsite position requiring expertise in business testing management within the banking sector. The role involves leading and managing business-driven User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and UAT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Acts as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and UAT teams, ensuring clear alignment of expectations and outcomes.
- Leads business-driven UAT planning, execution oversight, sign-off, and reporting.
- Strong banking domain expertise with a deep understanding of business processes and regulatory context.
- Expert in UAT governance, defect triage, business readiness, and stakeholder communication.
- 15 years of testing experience with proven senior-stakeholder engagement in large programs.
- Prior work experience with bank or financial sector
- Experience in stakeholder management and expectation management.
- Proficiency in communication and reporting within UAT governance.
- Additional expertise in business readiness and defect triage.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the UAT processes, ensuring all business requirements are met.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports on UAT progress and outcomes.
