Mandatory Requirements
- 10 years’ of combined experience as a Business Transformation Architect analyzing and developing architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training.
- 10 years’ experience as a Business Transformation Architect, in leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities.
- Must meet one of the following:
A university degree in a related business or technology discipline; OR A two-year college diploma in a related business or technology discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related business or technology discipline; OR A university degree in any field and a minimum of 5 years in a related business or technology discipline; OR A minimum of 15 years of experience in a related business or technology discipline. When requested, a copy of the college diploma or university.
Basic Responsibilities (tasks):
1. Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors";
2. Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training; activities; and
3. Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities;
4. Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in
support of transformation and change management activities;
1. Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring);
2. Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders; and
3. Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and
discussions.
Additional Tasks:
- Conduct comprehensive current-state assessments of Translation Bureau services, business capabilities, operational processes, governance structures, and supporting technologies to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and modernization opportunities.
- Define and document future-state business capabilities, value streams, service models, and target operating models that support organizational priorities and digital transformation objectives.
- Develop business transformation roadmaps, modernization strategies, and transition plans aligned with enterprise architecture principles,
cloud adoption objectives, and departmental strategic outcomes.
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, service improvement, and operational efficiency gains.
- Lead stakeholder consultations, workshops, interviews, and working sessions to validate business needs, build consensus, and support decision-making across business and IT groups.
- Elicit, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements, operational needs, dependencies, constraints, and governance decisions to support project delivery and transformation initiatives.
- Perform options analyses and develop business cases, recommendations, cost-benefit assessments, and executive briefing materials to support investment and prioritization decisions.
- Establish governance frameworks, performance measurement strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting mechanisms, and accountability structures to monitor transformation outcomes.
- Assess organizational readiness, business impacts, process changes, stakeholder adoption risks, and workforce implications, while developing change management, communication, and transition strategies.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and integrating cloud solutions, automation opportunities, AI-enabled capabilities, emerging technologies, and business architecture best practices into modernization programs.

- Transformation Strategy and Roadmap (modernization approach, phased initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and priorities) Weeks 12–18 (Days 56–90)
- Options Analysis and Business Case Summary (strategic options, cost-benefit considerations, risks, assumptions, and recommendations) Weeks 14–20 (Days 66–100)
- Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) (validated business requirements, stakeholder needs, and traceability) Weeks 10–22 (Days 46–110)
- Governance and Performance Measurement Package (decision-making model, oversight structure, KPIs, reporting approach, and accountability mechanisms) Weeks 16–22 (Days 76–110)
- Change Impact and Organizational Readiness Assessment (business impacts, adoption risks, readiness findings, and transition considerations) Weeks 18–23 (Days 86–115)
- Workshop Findings and Decision Records (key findings, recommendations, decisions, action items, and follow-ups) Ongoing – Updated Weekly (Weeks 1–24 / Days 1–119)
- Final Transformation Assessment and Close-Out Report (outcomes, lessons learned, recommendations, and next steps) Weeks 23–24 (Days 111–119)

Normal working hours will be from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday where you will be expected to work 7.5 hours each day between those hours. A day is defined as 7.5 hours exclusive of meal breaks.
