Lead a fulfilling summer as the Senior Camp Counselor at JCC Camp Shalom. You’ll create an inclusive environment while directing fun and educational programming for children ages 5-9. This role is pivotal in shaping a positive camp experience grounded in Jewish values. You will guide Junior Counselors, assist with daily activities, and encourage open communication with families. Your leadership will foster a vibrant community at Camp Shalom. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute culturally meaningful camp activities
- Mentor Junior Counselors in their daily roles
- Ensure camper safety and engagement in all activities
- Facilitate family communication and program updates
- Participate in camp cleanup and organization Requirements:
