Launch Custom Homes is hiring a reliable and experienced Carpenter to join our team building high-quality custom homes in the Southampton area. We are looking for a skilled carpenter with 5+ years of experience who can work independently, solve problems on site, and produce high-quality workmanship. This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent hours and a positive team environment.
What You'll Do - Residential framing and structural carpentry
- Exterior siding installation
- Interior finish carpentry and trim work
- Install doors, windows, and interior finishes
- Work from drawings and site instructions
- Maintain safe and organized job sites
- Work independently and as part of a team Requirements - Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
- Experience in residential construction
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid drivers liscence Assets - Working at Heights certification
- First Aid / CPR certification Training for Working at Heights and First Aid is available and paid for by the company.
