- Health insurance ServiceMaster of the Valley is seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our growing restoration and reconstruction team. In this role, you/'ll help restore residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storms, and other disasters. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy solving problems, and want meaningful work that makes a difference, we/'d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities - Perform all aspects of carpentry related to restoration and reconstruction projects

- Complete framing, drywall installation and repairs, trim work, flooring, cabinetry, and finishing work
- Read and interpret work orders, project plans, and specifications
- Maintain a protected, clean, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and customers
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards
- Assist with demolition and other reconstruction tasks as required




- Help lead and train more inexperienced team members Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with restoration or insurance-related reconstruction is an asset
- Valid driver/'s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
