Reporting to the Supervisor, Corporate Accounting, the Corporate Accountant is responsible for period-end close activities, accounting analysis, tax, and corporate banking functions.

Month-end duties including financial reports,



accounting analysis and consolidation/presentation entries Respond to transactional accounting questions and issues and resolution of accounting discrepancies Liaise with other departments regarding accounting and banking matters Bank reconciliations Support preparation and coordination of external audits Preparation of tax working papers and tax returns Assist with the preparation of accounting policy memos and analysis Assisting with special projects, as assigned 2–3 years of accounting experience ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace without sacrificing quality ~ Yardi 7S experience is an asset ~ Real estate experience is an asset Join the Concert Properties team in building a people-first future.
