Responsibilities

- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions clearly, and assisting with product inquiries.
- Conduct product demos when needed to showcase features and perks to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Maintain organized shelves by merchandising products attractively, restocking items promptly, and ensuring displays are clean and inviting.
- Use organizational skills to manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and communicate low-stock items to management.




- Uphold phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times.
- Support upselling efforts by recommending complementary products or higher-value options to boost sales and meet customer needs.

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer service is key.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions.
- Previous merchandising or product demonstration experience will help you excel in organizing shelves attractively.
- Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities are necessary to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
