Rate of Pay: $21.06/hour - Minimum Grade 12 education.
- Post-secondary courses in programs such as Early Childhood Development, Educational Assistant, Personal Care Aide or similar related areas and/or related experience would be considered an asset.
- Training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention would be considered an asset.
- Experience with, and ability to handle, high needs children with a variety of emotional needs would be considered an asset.
- Experience with, and ability to handle,
the needs of elementary aged children would be considered an asset.
- Based on the needs of individual students, ability to provide assistance in occupational therapy, physical therapy, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring could be required with support/training provided as necessary.
- First Aid/CPR would be considered an asset.
- Possess a current and valid drivers license.
- Familiarity and understanding of the practices of the Roman Catholic Faith would be considered an asset
