As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you'll work collaboratively with a dedicated care team, under the supervision of a Staff Nurse.

Your role will include providing protected and thorough basic care while promoting resident well-being. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and a strong understanding of personal care procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Bath and assist residents with personal hygiene
- Safely transfer residents using lifts and equipment
- Aid with feeding according to care plans
- Provide routine treatments as directed by Staff Nurse
- Accompany residents to dining, activities, and therapy Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in continuing care
- Completion of recognized PCA/HCA Certificate
- Active registration with CLHA
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
