Empower young lives as a Child and Youth Care Worker in a full-time, in-person role. Support youth through structured routines, educational activities, and emotional skill development. In this position, you will care for and supervise young people in alternative care settings.

With a focus on relational practice, your role involves engaging youth in activities that foster growth and healing. You will also collaborate with families and de-escalate crises to promote positive change. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement structured daily routines for youth
- Facilitate social and recreational activities
- Teach life skills and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with family members effectively
- De-escalate crisis situations for change

Requirements:

- Diploma/degree in child and youth care or related field
- Experience with complex family needs
- Proven crisis de-escalation skills
- Knowledge of trauma informed care
- Explicit Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check
