You're Invited! CIBC’s Private Wealth Rotational Program Virtual Information Session
CIBC’s Early Talent Team is hosting our Breaking Barriers: Diversity in Private Wealth for its Private Wealth Rotational Program, with the aim to increase applications from talent segments who are currently under-represented in Wealth Management. Priority will be made for students who self-identify as one or more under-represented communities, for example, women, people of colour, including members of the Black community, Indigenous peoples (i.e., First Nations, Inuit or Métis peoples), persons with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. - You must be in your final year of post-secondary education or a recent graduate pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027.
- You must have an interest/passion for financial planning and advice, investments, building client relationships, and portfolio management

Program description : The Private Wealth Rotational Program is a 12-month rotational program that provides associates with exposure and experience to develop and hone skills necessary to be future advisors.
Associates will benefit from the support of dedicated leaders from Private Wealth Management throughout their learning journey in four different rotations within Private Banking, Wood Gundy, Wealth Management Strategies and Solutions as well as Private Wealth Management's head office, depending on business needs.
Potential Locations: Saskatoon, Edmonton, and Vancouver
Start date: June 2027
