We are seeking a proactive, organized, and relationship-focused Part-Time Clinic Manager to join our growing pediatric practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, supporting a collaborative healthcare team, and helping a clinic grow while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. Key areas of responsibility will include developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with referring physicians, community physicians, and hospital partners to support and sustain referrals; coordinating current physician onboarding and orientation; overseeing billing reconciliation, billing submissions, and follow-up; and providing day-to-day clinic operations and workflow support as needed by our front-desk team.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can help strengthen our systems, improve processes, and provide consistent operational support across these important areas.



Healthcare or clinic management experience is preferred. We are looking for a vibrant, dependable individual with strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills who is excited to grow with our team.
