Job Title: CLM Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Consultant with a solid background in designing, configuring, and implementing CLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with leading CLM platforms and a deep understanding of contract processes, workflows, automations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement end-to-end CLM solutions

- Translate business requirements into scalable CLM configurations

- Configure workflows, approvals, rules, automations, and actions

- Design and manage contract templates, clause libraries, and metadata

- Implement obligation tracking, compliance, and risk management

- Manage roles, access controls, and permission models

- Integrate CLM platforms with
- CRM systems

- E-signature tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign)

- ERP and other enterprise applications

- Support testing, deployment,



documentation, and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

- Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools:
- Conga, Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, ContractPodAi

- Strong expertise in

- Contract administration and lifecycle processes

- Workflow and approval configuration

- Automation, rules, and actions

- Template and clause library management

- Obligation and risk management

- Experience integrating CLM with CRM, ERP, and e-signature platforms

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Java and Oracle

- Experience with enterprise-scale CLM implementations

- Exposure to legal operations or procurement domains
