You’ll welcome clients, coordinate appointments, perform occupational testing, and help ensure every participant receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Client
Experience - Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
- Guide participants through the check-in and registration process
- Verify identification and complete required documentation
- Explain testing procedures clearly and professionally
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Drug & Alcohol Collections You’ll receive comprehensive training to perform occupational testing services including:
- Breath alcohol testing
- Urine drug and alcohol collections
- Oral fluid drug testing
- Hair drug testing
- Vision screening
- Pre-employment health screening services You’ll follow strict chain-of-custody procedures while ensuring every test is completed accurately, professionally, and confidentially. Administration - Create and maintain participant files and electronic records
