We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to support our Western Canada operations.
The Commercial
Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow and completion of all administrative functions. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid attention to detail and superior computer skills.
Responsibilities Produce Daily Work acceptance sheets, for all active jobs
Track and enter time and expenses for onsite personnel
Submit Daily Cost tracking to customer
Work with the SmartCenter™ to resolve outstanding tasks
Provide support to Regional Administrator
Responsible for distribution of outgoing and incoming mail
Coordinate all courier pick-ups, deliveries, and package tracking
Coordinate all office supply orders, deliveries and pricing
Collect new hire packages
Maintain employee records and files
Scheduling travel arrangements for staff
Provide administrative support to other staff and departments as needed
Other administrative duties as needed
Enter invoices Qualifications Excellent general computer skills
Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of team
Superior organizational skills Work Experience and Education Requirements Experience working in an industrial setting/on job sites is considered an asset
Experience with any of the following systems considered an asset: CIRYS, CNSOP, SunLink, SAP Fieldglass, MPower, Open Invoice, D365
Previous demonstrated administrative skills including data entry, timekeeping
High School Diploma
Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
