Job Status: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Work Location: 2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC (Fully in-office during probation, Hybrid after probation)

Salary Range: $65,500 - $82,000 per year In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute communication plans that support technology, learning, and organizational change initiatives.
- Create engaging content across multiple channels, translating complex information into clear and actionable messages.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to identify communication needs and support successful change initiatives.
- Drive employee awareness, engagement,



and adoption through targeted communication campaigns and reinforcement activities.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve communication strategies, tools, and best practices.

You have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, change communications, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting software implementation projects and communicating change within complex business environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communication tools, along with experience developing communication plans and campaigns.
