Rate Range: 27-30/hr on T4

Introduction

The InvestorLine team is seeking a dedicated professional to support the planning, development, execution, and measurement of internal communications. This position ensures employees receive clear, timely, and engaging information that aligns with business priorities, change initiatives, and organizational goals. The role is ideal for a strong writer, collaborative partner, and organized project coordinator with experience managing communications across multiple channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience creating, publishing, and maintaining content in SharePoint and other digital communications platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Prior work experience in the financial industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Experience with communication analytics and reporting.
- Graphic design and presentation design experience is an asset.
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Draft internal business communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company's strategy.
- Translate complex business initiatives and project updates into transparent, concise, and engaging communications for internal audiences.
- Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including the intranet, ensuring content is accurate, current, and easy to navigate.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, including town halls, leadership meetings, and employee engagement sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure communications reflect business priorities and stakeholder needs.
