Condominium ManagerAs a Condominium Manager with Connelly & Company Management Ltd., you’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of condominium communities and serve as the primary point of contact for their Boards.

You’ll work closely with Board members to understand the needs and priorities of each community, carry out Board decisions, oversee day-to-day property operations, and keep projects, financial matters, maintenance and communication moving forward. You’ll also coordinate with owners, contractors, suppliers and other professionals as needed to make sure your properties are well supported.

This is a role with a high degree of independence. We’re looking for someone who knows condominium management, can confidently manage competing priorities, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You’ll have the flexibility to organize your own schedule and manage your portfolio in the way that works best for you and your clients, with support from our management, accounting and administrative teams when you need it.

Why Managers Build Their Careers Here

Earn what you build

You earn commission on the management contracts you hold. Add three weeks of paid vacation, a strong benefits package, gas and phone allowances, and licensing fees covered, and the numbers work out the way they should.

Work on your terms

Work a flexible hybrid schedule, set your own hours, and take flex days when you need them. There’s no punch clock, no checking in and out, and no one looking over your shoulder.

A portfolio that stays yours

Your portfolio is your portfolio, with no unwarranted changes unless you ask for them.

A third-party emergency service handles after-hours calls, and we provide the tools you need to do the job properly, including a laptop and access to the Connelly Hub.

Backed by the business

You report directly to the General Manager, without layers of corporate management in between. You’ll also have the backing of our management and ownership teams, along with dedicated accounting and administrative support. Connelly has been family-owned and operating in Calgary for more than 45 years, offering the stability of an established company with an open and transparent approach to how we work.
