We are hiring reliable and physically fit Construction General Labourers for projects in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Candidates will assist construction crews with general site activities, material handling, cleanup, and other labour-intensive duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and move construction materials.

- Assist skilled trades and site crews.

- Perform site preparation and cleanup.

- Remove debris and maintain a secure work area.

- Assist with demolition, digging, lifting, and material handling.

- Use basic hand and power tools as required.

- Follow instructions from Site Supervisors and Forepersons.

- Follow all construction-site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Previous construction experience preferred.

- Physically capable of lifting and handling construction materials.

- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.

- Safety boots and appropriate PPE required.

- Experience with basic hand and power tools is an asset.

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

- Able to work effectively as part of a construction crew.

- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
