My clients are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join their team, working with a Tier One Contractor based in West Dublin. This is an exceptional chance for a dedicated professional to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing safety standards across high-profile construction projects.
Safety Management : Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety management systems across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Irish Health and Safety legislation.
Site Inspections : Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards, recommend solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Training & Induction : Deliver effective Health and Safety training programs and site inductions to employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Compliance :
Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure projects meet statutory Health and Safety requirements.
Collaboration : Work closely with site managers, engineers, and project teams to foster a culture of safety excellence. Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, audits, and incident reports for internal and external review. A recognized qualification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of Irish Health and Safety regulations.
