Duties

- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, and organizing materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening
- Assist with tasks as directed by supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Must be punctual and willing to work 40-50 hours per week.

Requirements





- Prior construction experience or familiarity with basic building processes is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for eager learners
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction work, including packers and quick cut saws
- Willingness to learn new skills through on-the-job training
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork in a rapid-paced environment
- Must have your own transportation.
- Drivers license with clean abstact.
