Overview
Saskatoon Shrinkwrap and Lakeside Dock & Lift Services is looking for a general labourer. The next month of work will include travelling lake to lake with crew and removing boat docks and lifts from the water. All gear is provided by employer while your days are spent in the water removing dock and lift.
All travel is paid and you will be home every night. Once the removal season is complete, Shrinkwrap season will have begun. We will be looking for a labourer to learn the system of shrinkwrapping from boats, agriculture equipment, mining equipment and transportation.
There is an chance for operating equipment in the winter months for snow removal as well if you are looking to learn. Operating experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
Must have a valid drivers license. Travelling with the crew to lakes for removals.
This position is a labour job requiring manual labour work with heavy lifting. The same with shrinkwrapping as there is manual work but not as intensive.
Experience
Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous.
A proactive attitude combined with physical stamina and attention to detail will help you succeed in this energetic environment.
