client policies and environmental programs are adhered to Lead and develop area initiatives and best practices that align with the business goalsIs this the right role for you? 15 - 20 years supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI Construction and/or Formwork Construction* Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience.

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.

Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
