- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Monitor project progress regularly; adjust schedules and resources proactively to meet deadlines.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work setting in compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
- Utilize tools for documentation, communication, and tracking project milestones.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, resolve issues promptly, and ensure team alignment.
