Construction is looking to add an experienced full-time Superintendent to our Saskatoon team. We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from developing Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects. Oversee daily site operations on one or multiple projects Lead projects based on experience and complexity Coordinate site setup, scheduling,
and weekly planning Work with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution Supervise crews and manage subcontractors Monitor productivity, materials, and site performance Travel as required 5+ years of construction experience in a leadership role ~ Experience managing sites and coordinating subcontractors ~ Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings ~ Solid organizational and communication skills ~ Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email) ~ Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Market-competitive salary based on experience/qualifications Company matched pension plan
