This role leads all plant finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, solid internal controls, and timely decision support to Operations. This role also owns the month-end close and forecasting process, drives cost/working-capital performance, and partners with plant leadership to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities - Leading month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls - Owning standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis - Partnering with Operations on labour, scrap, efficiency, materials, freight, and overhead performance - Leading budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and longer-range financial modelling - Driving working capital, cash planning,



and capital investment analysis - Developing and leading a plant finance team - Supporting compliance, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- CPA (or equivalent) designation - 7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance/accounting - Proven ownership of close, costing, and plant performance reporting - Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and internal controls - Advanced Excel - ERP/MRP experience required - Demonstrated ability to lead a team, influence cross-functional leaders, and drive process improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.
