and restaurant demand - Determine food portions for all dishes - Introduce recent dishes - Estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies - Train kitchen staff - Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine and special dishes - Work with minimal or no supervision - Know how to make all the different types of Indian dishes served on the menu Requirements - Languages: English - Education: High school graduate not required but is an asset - Experience: 1‑2 years - Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail - Personal Suitability: Organized, effective interpersonal skills, judgment, team player
