This is a pivotal role for member onboarding and support. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a financial services or sales environment.
You will play a key role in acquiring new members while assessing their needs through Financial Health Checks. Your ability to recommend banking and investment solutions will directly impact members' financial health. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively onboard recent members through discussions
- Conduct Financial Health Checks to discover member needs
- Recommend appropriate banking and lending solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through referrals
- Support interactions at the omni-channel Advice Centre Requirements:
- 1-3 years in financial services or sales
- Experience with lending and investment products
- Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and tech abilities
