Wage: $25.00-30.00 per hour Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person. Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, and e-learning resources. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), readiness assessments, and implementation activities.

Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and system adoption. Maintain training records, implementation updates, and user support documentation. Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.

Experience delivering employee training, adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design.

Experience supporting organizational change, business process improvements, or system implementations. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications. Bilingual considered an asset. Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada during implementation phases.

Experience with ERP, rental management, or operational systems is considered a strong asset. Be a key contributor to one of the company's largest operational transformation initiatives. Gain hands-on experience in enterprise system implementation and change management.
