We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Counter Sales Representative based out of our Surrey, BC location (101 - 9725 192nd Street).

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional to support both branch sales and warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless daily operations—from assisting customers and processing orders to maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating shipments.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and email with professionalism and technical expertise - Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, pricing, availability, and alternative solutions - Present alternatives and solutions considering pricing, specifications, compatibility, and availability - Provide reliable updates on product availability, shipment status, and delivery timelines - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issues - Help maintain an organized, stocked,



and professional counter & storefront area - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers - Support with shipping, receiving, inventory counts and maintain accurate system information - Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional branch presence - Perform other branch and counter-related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of experience in Industrial MRO, fasteners, components, or related environment is required - Strong customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude - Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools would be an asset - Clear and effective communication skills - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Honest, dependable, and punctual with a proactive work ethic - Capable of following written instructions, safety procedures, and documented processes - Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), and ERP/order entry systems - Working knowledge of business math including pricing, measurements, ratios, etc Unveiling Your Perks: Secure your place in our dynamic, permanent team, where long-term growth meets everyday impact.
