Couples Therapist (RP/RP(Q)/RSW) – Multilingual Preferred | Toronto

Voyage Couples Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional therapist who genuinely enjoys working with couples and individuals and wants to deepen their specialization in relationship therapy.

We’re particularly interested in clinicians who can provide therapy in Mandarin, French or Arabic, although therapists fluent in other languages are also encouraged to apply.

About Voyage Couples Therapy

Voyage is a relationship-focused group practice located in High Park/West Toronto. Our work includes couples therapy, trauma therapy, multicultural relationships, family therapy and individual psychotherapy.

We are building a team of clinicians who value strong clinical work, collaboration and continued development not simply filling caseloads.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is registered with CRPO as an RP or RP(Q), or registered with OCSWSSW as an RSW
- Has experience working with couples or a solid commitment to developing a couples specialization
- Can provide therapy in a second language; Mandarin, French, Farsi, Persian, Punjabi
- Has training or interest in EFT, Gottman Method, attachment-based or other evidence-informed couples approaches
- Is warm, clinically thoughtful, reliable and comfortable working with relational complexity




- Can provide consistent in-person availability at our High Park Toronto office, including some evening and/or weekend availability

Compensation: Competitive fee split / approximately $108–$120 per clinical hour depending on registration, experience and role.
