Division: RCMP Administration Position Name: Court Liaison Officer Nestled on the southern coastal mountain slopes overlooking the lush Fraser River Valley, Mission is a rapidly growing and dynamic community of approximately 41,500 residents, 20 kilometers north of the US border and 70 kilometers east of Vancouver. The City of Mission is seeking experienced Court Liaison Officer to join our RCMP department on a temporary full-time basis for six months. Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by post-secondary courses in a related field and/or successful completion of job-related training; completion of UCR scoring course as well as PRIME training,
including the Records and Court Liaison Officer components; You will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada, applicable federal and provincial statutes, municipal bylaws, RCMP policies and procedures, judicial proceedings, and Court administration.
As this is a temporary assignment, the successful candidate must already hold an active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance. The 2025 hourly rate of pay is $40.94 plus 4.4% in lieu of all perks. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on a 9-day fortnight schedule (extended hours for nine days and one day off every two weeks).
