Our FI/ Insurance client is looking for a Creative Operations Specialist to join their team. This will be for 12+ months, fulltime hours per week. The rate range is $45-50 per hour, t4.

This role will help establish efficient workflows, streamline project intake processes, and drive operational excellence across creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize creative workflows from intake through project completion.

Serve as a primary point of contact for project intake, prioritization, and resource coordination.

Partner with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently through the pipeline.

Maintain project schedules, status reporting, and workload management within Wrike.

Support process documentation, workflow development, and operational best practices.

Provide light production coordination and project support as needed.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing operations.

Hands-on experience with Wrike project management software is required.

Strong background in project intake management and workflow optimization.

Experience supporting creative production teams, with production assistant or project coordination experience preferred.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of an evolving operational function.
