like-minded people - Meaningful work — transforming homes in your own community - Full-time and part-time positions available REQUIREMENTS - Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle - High school diploma or equivalent - Some hands‑on work experience is a bonus — but not required (we train you) - Full-time commitment: 40–50 hours per week during the season - Strong communication skills - Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else RESPONSIBILITIES - Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule - Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day - Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner - Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem‑solving on site - Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites - Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses We’re transforming homes across Durham Region — Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, Brooklin, and Courtice — and we want people who take pride in the work they produce.
