Role Description The Crew Member role at Firehouse Subs in Victoria, BC is a part-time, on-site position. Crew Members prepare and assemble hot and cold subs, follow food safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders at the counter or register, handling cash and electronic payments accurately,



and ensuring orders are made correctly and delivered promptly. Crew Members also restock supplies, support opening and closing tasks, and collaborate with team members to provide friendly, efficient service. This role involves standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and following company procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver friendly, respectful customer service and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced food service environment, including basic food preparation, safe handling, and cleanliness.
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and willingness to follow directions and established procedures.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities, with attention to accuracy at the point of sale.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move light to moderate items as needed.
- Previous restaurant or retail experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
- Availability to work a flexible part time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
