Role Descriptions: Analyze| design| develop| and maintain Crystal Reports solutions for business reporting needs.Review existing Crystal Reports developed on Oracle databases and migrate them to SAP HANA environments.Understand and interpret complex data models| relationships| schemas| and datasets.Redesign and optimize report queries for HANA performance standards.Perform report conversion| validation| reconciliation| and deployment activities.Execute end-to-end migration testing| including data validation and report comparison.Conduct performance testing and tuning of reports to ensure optimal execution times.Troubleshoot reporting issues| data discrepancies| and performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with business stakeholders| data architects| and database teams to gather requirements and validate outputs.Develop migration documentation| technical specifications| and support materials.Ensure reporting consistency| accuracy| and compliance with organizational standards.
