Shape the student experience at the Rotman School of Management by becoming the Assistant Director, Culture and Community. This role emphasizes program support and student engagement in a dynamic, cooperative environment. As the Assistant Director, you'll manage student experiences in the Full-Time MBA program at the University of Toronto.

You will guide academic advising, enhance program supports, and lead initiatives for student engagement. Your expertise will foster community-building and transformational experiences essential for students from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first contact for program inquiries
- Advise students on academic and course matters
- Create assessment plans for student learning outcomes
- Measure success metrics for program activities
- Build positive relationships within the campus community

Requirements:

- Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years in student support services
- Experience in academic advising
- Skilled in event planning for diverse audiences
- Proficient in MS Office and communication software
