- Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following standardized procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, using discretion with confidential information.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues as necessary.
- Meet business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing mandatory processes promptly and accurately.
- Communicate clearly with customers about banking solutions and procedural obligations.
- Contribute to team effectiveness, respect coworkers, keep everyone updated on routine activity status, and recommend improvements for operational excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience; an undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational,
planning, and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- A go‑getter who exercises initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation while managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Agile communicator with customer‑experience skills, capable of connecting both verbally and in writing with different audiences in a calm, courteous, professional manner.
- Knowledge of Cantonese and/or Korean language skills considered an asset.
