The role focuses on MACD (move/add/change/disconnect) coordination, maintenance renewals, inventory tracking, and quoting support.
You will work in a hybrid mode (Mississauga, ON) three days a week, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and IT to enable timely renewals and accurate install-base data.
