Role Description The Data Analyst role at Get a Job in Home Loans is a part-time, remote position focused on turning loan-related and customer data into actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and cleaning data from internal systems, analyzing loan applications, customer behavior, and disbursal trends, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for management and field teams.

The Data

Analyst will identify patterns related to lead generation, conversion rates, and payment performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and risk management. This role also involves collaborating with relationship officers and managers to support their decision-making through explicit data summaries and visualizations while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics,



including descriptive and inferential methods relevant to financial and customer data.
- Candidates should possess experience with Data Modeling, such as designing data structures, building models for trend analysis, and supporting forecasting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders using reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Understanding of home loan, mortgage, or financial services processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines for recurring and ad hoc analyses.
