Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines supporting Contact Center and Conversational AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering, ETL, cloud technologies, and enterprise data integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Build and optimize enterprise data models.
- Integrate multiple enterprise data sources.
- Support AI and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
- Optimize performance of large datasets.
- Collaborate with AI, engineering, and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of IT experience.
- 3+ years supporting Contact Center or Conversational AI environments.
- Robust SQL and data engineering expertise.
- Experience with cloud data platforms.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Python or Spark.
- Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Data Warehousing.
- AI/ML data preparation.
