Location: Montreal

Work Mode: Hybrid (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)

Responsibilities:

- Work within a machine learning team/squad to develop Artificial Intelligence solutions including ML and Gen AI.

- Collaborate with different Clients/SMEs to understand business requirements and develop proper Python code.
- Develop machine learning models with proven evidence and analysis.
- Contribute to model evaluation, parameter tuning, feature selection, and model calibration experiments for predictive analytics projects.

- Contribute towards prompt engineering for data analysis and discovery.
- Conduct regular testing and performance analysis.
- Conduct necessary benchmarking experiments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in building ML and Data Science solutions for real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of ML models and concepts, good practices, and analysis.

- Strong Python development skills.
- Robust data science and statistical analytics skills.
- Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience/Understanding with Open AI and different LLM models, prompt engineering, testing, and performance evaluation.

- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
