Duties

- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading goods at various locations, ensuring safe handling of all items
- Move products within the warehouse or delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when certified
- Help organize and prepare shipments for timely delivery, verifying order accuracy and product condition
- Communicate clearly with team members and drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any logistical issues
- Support warehouse activities including inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during moving, lifting, and equipment operation to prevent accidents
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional,



and responsive during deliveries or pickups

Skills

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification (preferred)
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and customers
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding logistics workflows
- Valid commercial driving license (mandatory) for assisting with deliveries when necessary
- Excellent moving skills with attention to safety procedures at all times
- Customer service mindset with a friendly, professional attitude that enhances the delivery experience
