About This Role

We are seeking a Demand Planner to forecast critical accounts and maintain reporting for our rapidly growing organization.

Contract Details

This is a contract role that terminates on June 30th, 2027 .

Compensation

The anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000 to $80,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the monthly consensus cycle to complete the rolling consensus forecast.
- Review POS and shipment trends, seasonality, future promotion plans, expansion, new product launches, cannibalization, and delists.
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end Power BI solutions from large data sets to support analytics and decision‑making for forecasting.
- Assist the Demand Planning Director or designate with KPI building, exception management, and business reporting.
- Develop item‑customer or item‑market level forecasts using historical data, shipment patterns, and intelligence from Customer, Partnership, and Marketing.
- Apply history cleansing and standard statistical modeling techniques to generate baseline statistical forecasts.
- Maintain knowledge of all building block components, including baseline, promotion uplifts, sales & marketing intelligence, new product introductions, market trends, and growth targets.




- Monitor sales order progress versus forecast, working with Customer Experience and Replenishment to support order fulfillment and required forecast adjustments.
- Establish planning sessions with customer SC teams and provide customer‑level insights to the broader team.
- Conduct ongoing weekly analysis and monitoring of customer pacing to forecast, identify significant variances using exception reports, and implement corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2‑4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or S&OP; with an understanding of forecasting, planning, and replenishment nuances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen combined with exceptional communication skills, able to provide business insight to multiple levels of management.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to quickly changing priorities.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on a common goal.
