In this role at Deciem, you'll leverage your expertise in Demand Planning to improve forecasting accuracy for our product offerings.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing shipment trends and working collaboratively with other departments to deliver actionable insights. You’ll also be building Power BI solutions to advance our data analysis capabilities, ensuring we meet customer needs through effective replenishment strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate rolling consensus forecast cycles
- Investigate seasonal trends and promotional planning




- Develop advanced Power BI analytics solutions
- Collaborate with teams for item-level forecasts
- Monitor sales orders against forecasts for adjustments

Requirements:

- 2-4 years in Demand Planning or Inventory Management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Solid business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven capability in cross-functional collaboration
