We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Administrator to join our team. Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, you’ll be joining a supportive, professional environment where you can bring your expertise, energy, and empathy to the front desk.
Specifics about the role: Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, with 2 Saturdays per month.
Monday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM Candidates who prefer to maintain a 5-day workweek may alternate Saturday shifts with Mondays off.
The schedule currently includes 1 evening shift per week, with the potential to increase to 1–2 evening shifts per week as our office hours expand following renovations.
Additional Perks: If a statutory holiday falls on a Monday or Friday, the clinic will be closed the corresponding Saturday.

Friendly, welcoming team and positive work environment What you’ll do: Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic,
ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental admin role.
Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
experience with Dentrix and MaxAssist is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Friendly, skilled demeanour with a patient-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
