Location: Southland Dental Choice Full-time Hours - Tuesday - 10am to 4pm - Wednesday - 11am to 7pm - Thursday - 10am to 4pm - Friday - 8am to 3pm What You'll Do - Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note - Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, engaging, and upbeat approach - Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with strong attention to detail - Work alongside a team at provides General Dentistry services as well as Implants, Invisalign, Vivos - Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups - Help strengthen patient retention and reactivation What We're Looking For - Excellent customer service skills with a bubbly,
