We’re looking for a Dental Office Concierge to join our team at our modern Kitsilano dental office.

This is not your typical front-desk position. As our Concierge, you’ll be an important part of creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors until the moment they leave.

What You’ll Do

- Warmly greet every patient as they arrive
- Offer patients coffee, tea, or water and prepare beverages for them
- Welcome patients into the office and help them feel comfortable
- Assist patients with completing electronic forms and ensure their information is ready for their appointment
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Check in with patients while they wait and make sure they have everything they need
- Greet patients as they leave and thank them for visiting
- Help create a calm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere throughout the office
- Assist the administrative team with other patient-experience and front-office tasks as needed

Previous dental experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with the right personality, attitude, and commitment to creating an amazing patient experience. Why This Role Is Different

Position: Dental Office Concierge

Schedule: Part-time (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
