DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for an organized, friendly, mature, and motivated self-starter to join our reception team at our Okotoks dental office.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience required
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Recall Max experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team- and service-oriented attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy office environment

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk while creating a warm and welcoming experience
- Collaborate with the reception and dental teams to provide excellent patient care and maintain office efficiency
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments




- Manage patient recalls and appointments using Recall Max
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to patient questions and concerns
- Support effective communication between patients and the dental team
